Cancellation Policy

Either The Dental Cards or you may terminate your account. If The Dental Cards terminates your account, you will be notified by email and an explanation for the termination will be provided. However, we reserve the right to terminate without giving reasons. If The Dental Cards terminates your Account, any current or pending purchases on your Account will not be cancelled and will be dispatched.

The Dental Cards reserves the right to cancel purchases without stating reasons, for any reason prior to processing payment and dispatch. If purchases are cancelled for any reason prior to dispatch you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases. If you terminate your Account any non-dispatched purchases will be cancelled and you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.

The Dental Cards subscription can be paused or cancelled or skipped at any time by you via the My Account section of the website, but any such request must be made more than 1 day prior to the next upcoming order date. This will allow us to process your request efficiently. If we receive instructions to pause, cancel or skip a subscription after your order has been dispatched then you will be charged for that order.

Your subscription with The Dental Cards will continue until you pause, cancel or skip it through the appropriate channels.

The Dental Cards reserves the right to refuse any subscription order if we have reason to believe that our service or introductory discounts are being abused.

We reserve the right to cancel a subscription without prior notice and at any time.
