Subscription Details
The Dental Cards offers a 20% off monthly subscription for all Dental Cards, and Tooth Fairy Envelopes. As part of our subscription service, you will receive automatic repeat monthly deliveries, ensuring convenience and continuity.
Payment Information
To facilitate your subscription, your payment details will be securely stored, and you will be charged for each scheduled delivery. Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with a link to manage your subscription.

Payment Terms
By subscribing to The Dental Cards, you agree to regular payments being taken from your designated payment method. These payments will occur at regular intervals as specified by your order. While payment dates may be subject to adjustments due to changes in our practices or updates to your subscription, we will make every effort to communicate these changes to you.
Subscription Management
You have the flexibility to pause, cancel or skip your subscription at any time through the My Account section of our website, but any such request must be made more than 1 day before to the next scheduled order date. This will allow us to process your request efficiently. However, please note that any requests to pause, cancel or skip must be made before a scheduled dispatch. If we receive instructions to pause, cancel or skip a subscription after your order has been dispatched then you will be charged for that order.
Your subscription with The Dental Cards will continue until you pause, cancel or skip it through the appropriate channels.
Account Termination Policy
Termination of your account may be initiated by either The Dental Cards or by you. In the event of account termination by The Dental Cards, you will be notified via email, along with an explanation for the termination. We reserve the right to terminate an account without providing reasons; however, any current or pending purchases associated with your account will still be processed and dispatched.
Purchase and Cancellation Rights
The Dental Cards retains the right to cancel purchases for any reason prior to processing payment and dispatch. If a purchase is cancelled before dispatch, you will receive a refund for any monies paid in relation to that purchase. Conversely, if you terminate your account, non-dispatched purchases will be cancelled, and any related payments will be refunded.
Subscription Abuse and Refusal
The Dental Cards has the authority to refuse subscription orders if we suspect abuse or misuse of our services or introductory discounts.
We reserve the right to cancel a subscription at any time and without prior notice.
Address and Shipping Responsibilities
Should there be any changes to your address, it is your responsibility to update your details promptly. You can do this via the My Account section of our website or by contacting us at hello@thedvntalcards.com. The Dental Cards cannot be held accountable for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided during the checkout process, or for changes in shipping that have not been explicitly communicated to us via email. It is essential to ensure that any shipping changes are made in a timely manner to avoid delivery to the wrong location.

A: You will be able to manage your subscription from the customer portal.
Q: How can I access the customer portal?
A: There are two ways through which you can access the customer portal and manage your subscriptions: When you purchase a product, you are sent an email with a magic link that will take you to your customer portal. (As per store limitations, it automatically expires every 7 days.) Or you can create an account in the store and login, where you can see the "Manage Subscription" button. Clicking it will lead you to the customer portal where you can manage your subscription.
Account Termination
Either The Dental Cards or you may terminate your account. If The Dental Cards terminates your account, you will be notified by email and an explanation for the termination will be provided. However, we reserve the right to terminate without giving reasons. If The Dental Cards terminates your Account, any current or pending purchases on your Account will not be cancelled and will be dispatched.
Termination by User: If you terminate your Account any non-dispatched purchases will be cancelled and you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.
Purchase Cancellation
The Dental Cards reserves the right to cancel purchases without stating reasons, for any reason prior to processing payment and dispatch. If purchases are cancelled for any reason prior to dispatch you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.

Once your order is processed, no changes or updates can be made. If you wish to inquire about potential modifications before your order is processed, please contact us at hello@thedentalcards.com. Please be aware that after an order enters the processing stage, modifications are no longer possible.
