Cancellation Policy

Account Termination

Either The Dental Cards or you may terminate your account. If The Dental Cards terminates your account, you will be notified by email and an explanation for the termination will be provided. However, we reserve the right to terminate without giving reasons. If The Dental Cards terminates your Account, any current or pending purchases on your Account will not be cancelled and will be dispatched.

Termination by User: If you terminate your Account any non-dispatched purchases will be cancelled and you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.

Purchase Cancellation

The Dental Cards reserves the right to cancel purchases without stating reasons, for any reason prior to processing payment and dispatch. If purchases are cancelled for any reason prior to dispatch you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.

Subscription Management

The Dental Cards subscription can be paused, cancelled, or skipped at any time by you via the My Account section of the website, but any such requests must be made more than 1 day before the next scheduled order date to allow for efficient processing. If we receive instructions to pause, cancel or skip a subscription after your order has been dispatched then you will be charged for that order.

General Subscription Terms

Your subscription with The Dental Cards will continue until you pause, cancel, or skip it via the appropriate channels.

Subscription Abuse

The Dental Cards reserves the right to refuse any subscription order if we have reason to believe that our service or introductory discounts are being abused.

The Dental Cards offers a 20% discount monthly subscription for all Dental Cards and Tooth Fairy Envelopes.

Subscription Billing

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat automatic monthly deliveries. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries.

Subscription Management Links

Your order confirmation emails have links to manage your subscription.

Payment Authorization

By subscribing to The Dental Cards, you agree that regular payments can be taken from the payment method provided at checkout. Payment will be taken via the provided method on specified intervals.

Address and Shipping Information Updates

If you change address, you must update your details by using the My Account section of the website or by contacting us via email at hello@thedentalcards.com.

The Dental Cards will not be held responsible for any order sent to incorrect addresses provided when placing your order, or for changes in shipping that are not communicated to and acknowledged via email by us.

Please ensure any changes to shipping are made in time to take effect before your move.

Order Amendments

Once your order is processed, no changes or updates can be made. If you wish to inquire about potential modifications before your order is processed, please contact us at hello@thedentalcards.com. Please be aware that after an order enters the processing stage, modifications are no longer possible.
